We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our team in Irvine or Los Gatos, CA and help us provide technical support to our customers. In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our Japan and US based customers, including client onboarding.
Responsibilities you will have
Our customers are technical teams (architects, product engineers and application developers) who build applications and solutions using the Nuxeo Platform.
- You will answer in a timely manner to any issues submitted by our customers.
- You will also listen to the needs of our customers and forward to the appropriate internal team (Core team, UI team, etc.) for follow-up.
- Client communication is at the core of our business and you will be using all the tools available to you: e.g.,JIRA, conference calls and videos.
As a Support Engineer, you will become an expert on your field and will gain an immense in-depth knowledge of the latest trends in content centric applications and services. This will enable you to guide our clients in configuring and customizing the platform to suit individual and progressive needs. Additionally, you will need to audit and debug source code. The key is to create a quality customer care support service, close to the client needs, speaking the same language and aligning to the same vision.
